In lieu of the recent and on-going Pertussis (whooping cough) and Measles outbreaks in our community, and in order to protect our vulnerable patients from exposure to these preventable highly contagious diseases, we will no longer accept any new patients who choose not to vaccinate their child(ren) against Pertussis (whooping cough) and Measles unless medically contraindicated.
