FDA OKs Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine For 12-15 Age Group.
At this time, the vaccine is only available at the sites that are already immunizing adults and 16-18 year olds. Hopefully in the near future, we can offer it directly to our patients as well. In the mean time, you may schedule it using the following links:

New Vaccine Policy.
In lieu of the recent and on-going Pertussis (whooping cough) and Measles outbreaks in our community, and in order to protect our vulnerable patients from exposure to these preventable highly contagious diseases, we will no longer accept any new patients who choose not to vaccinate their child(ren) against Pertussis (whooping cough) and Measles unless medically contraindicated.
