If you’re interested in getting your child (ages 6 months to 11 years) vaccinated against COVID-19, we’ve partnered with one of our UCSF affiliate practices—UBCP Primary Pediatrics in Castro Valley—to make this available to your family.

You may call their office at (510) 881-4210 to schedule the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. When you call, please mention that Tri-Valley Pediatrics referred you so they can assist with your child’s appointment.
