Announcements
Dr. Lindsay Gammenthaler and her family have moved out of California. Here is a note she wants to share with her patients:
To all of my patients and their parents,
I want to deeply and sincerely express how grateful I am to have been entrusted with the care of you and your children. I am so lucky to have worked in partnership with you all of these years and to have watched you grow and mature. My family has been presented an opportunity to live close to extended family and we have made the bittersweet decision to move. My last day at Tri-Valley Pediatrics will be at the end of 2022, and while I am excited about this new chapter in our lives, there is certainly bitterness in saying goodbye. I am confident you will continue to receive the best of care at Tri-Valley Pediatrics in the hands of my colleagues who will be taking care of my patients, as well as, an additional physician who will join TVP, Dr. Sara—I know she will be an excellent addition to the team.
Again, I am so grateful for my time here and for our interactions together.
With Gratitude,
Lindsay Bautista Gammenthaler, MD

Tri-Valley Pediatrics again voted as the Best Pediatric Practice in East Bay for the past 7 years! We want to thank all of you, Bay Area Parent readers, for selecting us as the Family Favorite Pediatricians for 2021!
We are happy to announce the addition of Dr. Nicole Sena and Nurse Practitioner Lindsey Izurieta to our team. We are very fortunate to add Dr. Nicole Sena to our team. She is a great pediatrician and wonderful asset who comes to us from Southern California. We are also pleased to welcome "Nurse Practitioner Lindsey" who is a nurse practitioner and certified breastfeeding specialist. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner she was an experienced NICU nurse. Dr. Shah has taken a leave of absence to spend more time with her family and will not be seeing patients in our office.
Same Day Appointment Policy
In an effort to make sure our patients can be seen promptly when needed, we are proud to offer same day clinic appointments. Scheduling same day appointments allows us the ability to see your child on the day it is needed for those unplanned illnesses, rather than having to wait for availability several days later. As always, we do continue to schedule annual well check visits up to 3 months in advance!
New Vaccine Policy In lieu of the recent and on-going Pertussis (whooping cough) and Measles outbreaks in our community, and in order to protect our vulnerable patients from exposure to these preventable highly contagious diseases, we will no longer accept any new patients who choose not to vaccinate their child(ren) against Pertussis (whooping cough) and Measles unless medically contraindicated.
New "No-Show and Forms" Policy and Charges Starting January 1, 2016 there will be new No-Show and Forms charges applied. Please click here for more details.
Allergy Drops are now available in our office Allergy Drops (Sublingual Immunotherapy-SLIT) are a safe alternative to allergy shots and can help improve symptoms of Nasal Allergy, Asthma, Eye Allergy, and Hay Fever. For more information click here.
